Payment by debit / credit card
Our online store shop.juicygrill.gr has agreements with EFG Eurobank, one of the leading financial institutions in Greece, in order to provide payment services by debit / credit cards.
The payment by card is an absolutely secure payment method for our customers. Our company shall never become aware of any information of your card or account.
As regards the shipment’s payment, the company automatically redirects you to the Eurobank’s specific website without coming into contact in any case with the information and data of your card. These information are transferred to the bank by using an encrypted connection and through the secure transaction systems of the bank.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be ready for local pick up from one of our two locations two working days after the successful purchase of the goods. In any other case the customer will be informed by email or telephone call.
Pick up dates and hours:
The delivery dates are from Monday to Friday,12.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m.
RETURNS POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with the goods he purchased or has ordered wrong size or for any other reason he or she has the right to return the goods for a period of up to 14 working days from purchase. In this case he can change his goods and be provided with some other procduct instead or ask for his money back. The money will be refunded using the same method that was used for his original payment,
In order the aforementioned returns policy to apply the goods returned must intacked, in their original state, with all labels and papers attached.
